This option is for the customer to supply the jacket & pay for the embroidery.

Pacific Rim Awards does not guarantee outcome of the embroidery. The jacket may be refused if it is deemed that the end results will not be satifactory. ie; if the jacket is a too light weight to hold up to all the stitching, there are too many obstacles (zippers, pockets, etc...) to embroider around, or if the jacket is not clean.

Pacific Rim Awards will do everything reasonable to ensure customer satisfaction.

Shipping to or from the shop is at the customers expense. Please allow up to 2 weeks turn around as your garment will fit into production in the order that it was received.

Payment in full required PRIOR to jacket being embroibered. Pacific Rim Awards will not be held responsible for any damage done to the garment at the time of being embroidered. We are running commercial machines and on occassion there is a problem in the shop.
